WORKING PROCESS
THE CHALLENGE
Until a few years ago, the most common way to search information was going to a library and my challenge was to improve their experience not only by user their own computer but also making it fast, simple and so you won't feel loneliness.
RESEARCH
My research included conversion with with academic students and researchers. The one thing they all agreed about is that they need a lot of knowledge but they don't have enough time.
Another important fact before I got to work is that they all had bad memories from before and there starting point is that this is going to be annoying and stressful.
DESIGN
The design in this project is meant to be as simple as can be out of the thought that our users are very busy and stressed.
During study time you most of the time feel lost and it was important for me to give the users a successful experience, the feeling of "I'v got this".
